- In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by the customer/buyer.
- Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to You.
- Any request for return/exchange must be placed by you within 48 hours of delivery by us. Requests placed beyond this period would not be entertained.
- Discounted product(s) or orders placed using promotional code or gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Our products go through a strict quality check process before dispatch. In an unlikely event any item(s) delivered to you are damaged please get in touch with us over email with supporting pictures. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If You would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, We will offer to repair faulty items.
- After receiving the product the team will assess if the product meets all our requirements mentioned above. Once the product is accepted for return/exchange the team will reconfirm the request placed by you via email.
- In case the requested size/style/color is out of stock, you will be offered a credit note equivalent to the ordered amount. The credit note will be valid for future purchases for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
