As per our policy, we do not make any changes to the orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be canceled/exchanged or refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking details via email/text on the contact details provided at the time of placing the order.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords.

We assure our customers about the quality of our products purchased by you through our website. However, if you are not happy with the product & want to exchange for size/style/color, we will offer an exchange subject to availability of the requested product. If the requested product is not available we are happy to offer a credit note of the ordered value which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please refer to the return policy or get in touch with the team over email/whatsapp to complete the return process.
Products purchased on discount/sale/promotion/made to order/customized are not available for exchange/return.
We do not offer any refund.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

All domestic orders will take about 5-7 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
